My goal is to support you in using your creative inner resources to deepen your connection to life and bring more happiness to yourself and others. I believe everything can be turned around and that you have within you everything that is needed to live your life fully. In addition to offering you the tools you need to meet your current challenges, I want to assist you in finding your way to an inner peace you can apply to all issues and states of mind that may arise in your life.
I take a contemplative, holistic approach to psychotherapy with an interweave of mindfulness applied to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, DBT-informed therapy, short-term solution focused therapy, and body-centered therapy.
Much of my work with people is short-term. I like to see people come in for a round of sessions to work through past trauma or old conditioning, get a fresh perspective and new tools to apply to their lives. Then, if they hit a bump in the road, they can always come back.
